STRETCH & FLEX
A fusion of yoga and pilates, Stretch and Flex is a 90 minute, slow paced class that will push your body to its stretching limits. This class is great to take right after taking Barre or after exercising. It is very helpful for those who would like to improve their flexibility over time. It just feels good!
A 60 minute full body Barre and yoga-inspired workout.
The first 30 minutes are spent at the barre and utilize Barre exercises. The final 30 minutes are filled with yoga-inspired stretches. Refinery Barre Flow is a hugely popular technique that combines excellent toning with much-needed stress and tension relief.
60 minute cardio class offered exclusively at the Refinery combines traditional barre work with interval training Bollywood inspired dance movement. Set to Bollywood music, this exuberant class fuses Bollywood style dancing (an eclectic mix of Indian folk and classic dances, hip hop, jazz, and modern dance) with body toning barre moves in easy-to-follow but fast-paced dance combinations. No experience or coordination is required. Barre socks and a smile required.
M Power (Margaret Power) is interval training based on intensity building and muscle confusion techniques. Here you can build and perfect your muscles with cardio intervals and strength training. Margaret will push you to the limit but keep you smiling with her awesome choreography and playlists.
A 45 minute, high intensity, calorie-burning combination of circuit training and your favorite Barre exercises.
This high paced cardio class will keep you pumped from the first song to the end of class. You will cycle through six upper and lower body Barre exercises with bursts of cardio exercises between each Barre station. It might be challenging but the upbeat class will leave you feeling accomplished while you have a blast.

45 minutes high-intensity full body cardio class that uses drumsticks to bring out the inner rock star in you all while listening to your favorite song. Stix is high intensity but low impact. So let’s rock out! Barre socks are required.
Barrebata™ is 45 minute, high-intensity, interval cardio workout created by The Refinery Fitness Studio. It combines barre style dance and stretching with the aerobic and anaerobic conditioning style of training developed by Japanese researcher and physician Dr. Izumi Tabata. This workout features 4 rounds of max-effort intervals with frequent short rests and 15 minutes of a barre inspired warm-up/cool-down. Teamed with upbeat, heart-pounding, rhythmic tunes, Barrebata™ will get your heart rate up and your weight down.
